Of course! 14 days for anything purchased in our boutique as long as it’s in same condition as bought. Any of our custom made designs qualifies for store credit only.

Our lab grown diamonds and moissanite are conflict free. We also only go with natural diamond suppliers that adhere to the Kimberley process certification.

We generally can size your ring same day depending on the details involved. Your ring will always move a little from side to side past the knuckle if top heavy. Sodium, alcohol and hot days will cause your fingers to swell, leaving your ring feeling a little snug. Perfectly normal. If you ever get it stuck, a quick remedy would be to use Mr. Clean on the finger to help slide it off. Avoid lotions as they will coagulate under the ring causing it to not give much.

Absolutely! Our “Where less covers more plan”, that comes with all custom engagement rings with a six month inspection. We highly recommend insuring your jewelry for lost/theft. Please inquire in our boutique to learn about one of our many perks.

We work with 14k and 18k gold as well as platinum. Our 14k white gold is infused with palladium (platinums) cousin, to ensure a nice and bright finish that is hypoallergenic. 18k white and yellow gold is a little more richer in tone.

Yes! Hand engravings and machine. We will recommend whats best for the piece that won’t upset the integrity of design.

If you’re allergic to nickel, platinum and our 14k white gold infused with palladium is good to go with. If yellow gold is your preference, then we offer 14k and 18k yellow gold. Along with those precious metals, alternative metals can be a great choice for mens wedding bands.

Yes! There will be a setting fee based on the size of the diamond. Even if you only get your setting with us or just the diamond. We will take care of you.

Absolutely they are! Structurally, chemically, optically and are a 10 on the mohs scale just like natural diamonds. They have been around since 1954 and GIA certifies lab grown diamonds. It’s always a good practice to offer both natural and lab grown.
